Hartzog Conger Cason recently named Jesse C. Chapel and Ashley L. Powell as partners in the Firm.
Jesse C. Chapel graduated summa cum laude from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2008 and obtained an LLM in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2009. Before joining Hartzog Conger Cason in 2018, Chapel was a shareholder of Andrews Davis PC. Chapel’s practice is concentrated in the areas of tax, estate planning and corporate law.
Ashley L. Powell graduated with highest honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2013 and joined Hartzog Conger Cason later that year. Powell concentrates her practice in the areas of family law, contested probate and guardianship matters, and commercial litigation.
