Benjamin K. Davis graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2013.
While in law school, Davis was a member of the American Indian Law Review. Davis has
significant experience in real estate transactions, commercial lending and financial transactions,
and general corporate and business matters.
Katie Colclazier graduated with honors from the Oklahoma City University School of Law
in May 2019. While in law school, Colclazier was a member of the Oklahoma City Law Review,
President of OCU’s Federal Bar Association, and a judicial extern for Oklahoma Supreme Court
Justice Noma Gurich. Colclazier will join the Firm’s litigation practice area.
Wil Norton graduated with honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in
May 2019. While pursuing his law degree, Norton served as the assistant managing editor of the
Oklahoma Law Review and was a judicial extern for Magistrate Judge Suzanne Mitchell. Norton
will join the Firm’s corporate law practice area.
