Hartzog Conger Cason recently named Elizabeth A. Price, Jessica D. Hatcher and Tom R. Russell as partners in the Firm.
Elizabeth A. Price graduated with honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2008. Price went on to serve as a law clerk for the Hon. Robin J. Cauthron, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, from 2008 to 2010. Price concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, class action and other complex business litigation, and appellate practice, particularly in federal appeals courts.
Jessica D. Hatcher graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2009. Before joining Hartzog Conger Cason in 2016, Hatcher managed an oil and gas brokerage company for several years, handling title, leasing, and regulatory affairs. Hatcher concentrates her practice in the area of oil and gas administrative law.
Tom R. Russell graduated with honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2006. Before joining Hartzog Conger Cason in 2016, Russell had 8 years’ experience as in-house counsel for publicly traded energy companies. Russell’s practice is concentrated in the areas of corporate law, energy and environmental law, mergers and acquisitions, and private placement securities offerings.
