The Firm maintains a large tax controversy practice. At the federal level, the Firm assists its clients at both the audit and appeals level, and we also file and maintain litigation in the United States Tax Court and in federal court.

The Firm has developed a special expertise in state tax controversies. Members of our tax controversy group have an ongoing docket of cases before the Oklahoma Tax Commission and have enjoyed success in state tax cases at the Oklahoma appellate levels.
