Hartzog Conger Cason & Neville Names New Partner

Oklahoma City, OK (Jan. 12, 2009) – Hartzog Conger Cason & Neville is pleased to announce that David A. Elder has been named a partner of the firm.
Elder has been associated with Hartzog Conger Cason & Neville since 2005. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate in the Washington D.C. office of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Field. His practice focuses in the areas of commercial litigation, and energy law. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bars of Oklahoma, Texas and the District of Columbia. Elder was recently recognized as a member of the 2008 class of Oklahoma Super Lawyers' "Rising Stars."
A native of Oklahoma City, Elder is a magna cum laude graduate of Rhodes College in Memphis, Tenn., where he received the Abe Fortas Award for Excellence in Legal Studies and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Mortar Board, Omicron Delta Kappa national leadership honor society, and Pi Sigma Alpha national political science honor society. He holds a juris doctorate from Harvard Law School.
Elder serves as Vice-President of the Casady School alumni board. He and his wife, Adrienne, have a son, James.
